The StarFlow CU is a quality engineered CPU cooler with omni-directional dual-finned low profile heat-sink with copper base insert. The copper core of the heat-sink enables fast heat transfer from the CPU and transports this effectively to the aluminum fins. Cooled down by a medium speed 90x25mm fan for sufficient airflow. Intel approved push-pin installation enable tool-free and reliable retention. Complete with Spire 420 White Thermal grease supplied in the product packaging. Suitable up to the hot 95W LGA775 processors the StarFlow CU is a perfect SI and low profile solution.
